The patient's Medical Records tool is akin to your physical patient medical record folder. It is the digital version of a patient medikal record, hard copy file. Every post made about a patient is captured in the PATIENT MEDICAL RECORDS.
To view and print the patient's medical records, open the Manage Patient module. From the status page, click on the Patient Medical Records button on your top right corner. This will open up the patient medical records for the current patient.
Here, you can see all the patient's activities listed with their origin/dept indicated e.g. Ward round. You can use the Start Date and End Date inputs to filter the history to capture only the data you want. You can also print out the medical records.
