Patient Surgeries

The patient's SURGERY page is accessed by clicking on the Surgery menu on the manage patient page. Here, you will find a list of surgery notes, if avaliable, sorted in descending order (Most recent first).

To enter a new Surgery note, click on the New Surgery Note button. This will open up the Surgery note popup form. From here, you can post a new Surgery note and save it.

Surgery Notes during surgery

Surgery notes are very helpful for keeping record during an operation. Doctors can have an assistant help enter the notes during surgery or they can enter it after the surgery. There are only two fields to fill.

1. The note title.
2. The note details.

Click on the Save button to save your note. The note is saved to the patients medical records.

You can also add images to the surgery notes. To add an image to a note,

1. From the list of entries, click the Camera icon on the item you want to add an image to.
2. Select a picture file to upload from the device file system.
3. Enter a title and description for the image if applicable.
4. click on the Save button to save.
