You need to charge a Test before test results can be inputed for it. Test requests that have not been charged are listed with a red row background on the MANAGE LABORATORY page. The total number of uncharged requests are also noted as Pending Items with a red label.
To charge a Test,
1. From the Manage Laboratory page, click on the Charge icon on the Test you want to charge. 2. Click OK when asked if you are sure. 3. Test will be charged and you will get a prompt. 4. The page will also refresh and you will see the listed Test background changed to green. 5. The test is charged and you will now be able to input the result(s) when they are ready.
Next, you need to enter the Test results when they are ready.
