The Consultation page can be accessed by simply clicking the Consultations menu on the manage patient page. You will see a list of the patient's last consultation notes sorted in descending order (Most recent first).
To enter a new consultation notes, click on the New Note button. This will open up the Consultation popup where you can enter the patient's notes. Click on the Save button when done.
This is very useful for doctors to enter consultation notes for patients during patient examination. If you go back to the STATUS view. you will see the last Notes you entered. This helps doctors and other personel take note of such anomalies.
You can enter as many notes as necessary. There is no limitation on it. The system will just stack it together with the most recent notes showing first on the list and on the STATUS page.
Doctors can also enter notes in other tool like while entering prescriptions. These will all be saved as notes in the patient's medical records.
